Overview

Mae'r modiwl hwn yn datblygu sgiliau meddwl ar lefel uchel am gerddoriaeth, sy'n hanfodol i astudio ar lefel Meistr mewn cerddoleg, addysg gerddoriaeth, cyfansoddi a pherfformio. Trwy gyfrwng ystod o repertoire cerddorol, mae'r modiwl yn archwilio amrywiaeth o faterion a dadleuon sy'n berthnasol iawn i weithgaredd cerddorol uwch heddiw, o fewn y byd academaidd a thu hwnt. Mae'n annog pob myfyriwr - boed yn gerddolegwr, athro cerdd, cyfansoddwr neu berfformiwr - i ystyried sut mae eu maes gweithgaredd yn cael ei lywio'n uniongyrchol gan feysydd eraill, ac i gynhyrchu gwaith yn eu meysydd arbenigol sy'n adlewyrchu'r gyd-ddibyniaeth hon.

Mae'r modiwl hwn yn datblygu sgiliau meddwl ar lefel uchel am gerddoriaeth, sy'n hanfodol i astudio ar lefel Meistr mewn cerddoleg, cyfansoddi a pherfformio. Trwy gyfrwng ystod o repertoire cerddorol, mae'r modiwl yn archwilio amrywiaeth o faterion a dadleuon sy'n berthnasol iawn i weithgaredd cerddorol uwch heddiw, o fewn y byd academaidd a thu hwnt. Mae'n annog pob myfyriwr - boed yn gerddolegwr, cyfansoddwr neu berfformiwr - i ystyried sut mae eu maes gweithgaredd yn cael ei lywio'n uniongyrchol gan feysydd eraill, ac i gynhyrchu gwaith yn eu meysydd arbenigol sy'n adlewyrchu'r gyd-ddibyniaeth hon. Assessment Strategy

Trothwy (C– i C+) Gwaith sy'n dangos dealltwriaeth o gynnwys y modiwl a'r gallu i feddwl mewn modd gwybodus a rhesymegol, ac a fynegir yn glir.

Da (B- i B+) Gwaith sy'n dangos meistrolaeth ar gynnwys y modiwl a'r gallu i feddwl mewn modd ystyriol, ac a fynegir gydag eglurder a chraffter.

Rhagorol (A- hyd A*) Gwaith sy'n dangos treiddgarwch newydd i gynnwys y modiwl a'r gallu i feddwl mewn modd gwreiddiol a chysyniadol, ac a fynegir yn argyhoeddiadol.

Cyflwyniad unigol Cyflwyniad wedi'i recordio sy'n para 10 munud (o bosibl ond nid o reidrwydd yn cynnwys elfen greadigol neu ail-greu). Tasg i gerddolegwyr Nodwch ddarn o gerddoriaeth sydd wedi'i ail-werthuso, ei ail-ddehongli, ei ddeall yn fwy dwys, neu ei gywiro o ganlyniad i ymchwil gerddolegol. Rhowch gyflwyniad yn cyflwyno'r gwaith a'i gyd-destun(au), yr ymchwil gerddolegol a arweiniodd at ein dealltwriaeth ddyfnach ohono, a sut mae hyn wedi effeithio ar berfformiad, lledaeniad a/neu dderbyniad dilynol y gwaith. Tasg i gyfansoddwyr Nodwch ddarn o gerddoriaeth a gafodd ei greu yn gyfan gwbl neu'n rhannol gan ddefnyddio proses ymchwil, neu gan ddefnyddio canlyniadau ymchwil a wnaed gan drydydd parti. Rhowch gyflwyniad yn cyflwyno'r gwaith a'i gyd-destun(au), y cwestiynau ymchwil a'r canfyddiadau a arweiniodd at ei greu, a sut mae'r ymchwil hwn yn effeithio ar y gwaith terfynol neu'n ei lywio. Cyflwyniad terfynol, yn dangos dealltwriaeth o sawl dull o ymholi ac ymarfer mewn cerddoriaeth. Gall hwn fod ar un o'r ffurfiau canlynol: – traethawd o tua 3000 o eiriau; – darlith-ddatganiad neu sgwrs â darluniau wedi'i recordio sy'n para 30 munud; – cyfansoddiad gwreiddiol sy'n para tua 4 munud, ynghyd â sylwebaeth gyddestunol o 1000 o eiriau; – perfformiad wedi'i recordio sy'n para tua 10 munud, ynghyd â sylwebaeth gyd-destunol o 1000 o eiriau. Rhaid i'r gwaith a gyflwynir ar gyfer y cyflwyniad terfynol fod yn wahanol i'r gwaith a gyflwynwyd ar gyfer modiwlau eraill.
