SalDiOmics - Developing a novel genomic toolkit to understand the spatio-temporal dynamics of freshwater salmon disease: PhD opportunity at Â鶹Íø

Prof. Si Creer (MEEB, Â鶹Íø), Dr. Ellie Jameson (MEEB, Â鶹Íø), Dr. Alex Papadopulos (MEEB, Â鶹Íø), Dr. Amy Ellison (MEEB, Â鶹Íø), Dr. Dan Read (CEH), and Dr. Will Perry (Cardiff University) are currently recruiting for a competitive PhD opportunity funded by the NERC RED-ALERT CDT. 

PhD Aim: The development of a multi-species, molecular, digital detection toolkit, that can be deployed throughout the river Conwy catchment and RED-Alert partner rivers, to understand the spatio-temporal dynamics of salmonids, disease and health.
