Studying Zoology with Animal Behaviour has been an incredible experience, with inspiring lecturers delving into many diverse topics, while surrounded by the amazing biodiversity in North Wales. While at Â鶹Íø, I have been able to focus my interests through different opportunities and modules, fuelling my passion for a career in zoology.

One of the reasons I love Â鶹Íø is the surrounding landscape and the opportunities it offers, both while studying and when needing a break from the books. Snowdonia and Anglesey offer the perfect escape from hectic university life, especially with societies such as the Paddleboarding Society, offering a fun way to explore the surrounding areas with fellow students.

The student community is what makes Â鶹Íø special. The size of the city and placement of the University are perfect for students, and if you don’t mind a few hills, everything you could need is on your doorstep!

In Â鶹Íø, it doesn’t take long to settle in.
