
Overview
Dr. Kaleem Ullah is an experienced academic with over 12 years in university teaching, research, and leadership roles spanning strategic management, sustainability, and finance. Currently a Lecturer in Management at ΒιΆΉΝψ Business School, he leads postgraduate and undergraduate modules and supervises dissertations focused on business ethics, sustainability, and the circular economy. He earned his PhD in Management Studies from ΒιΆΉΝψ, specialising in the Circular Economy Business Models Innovation, and is also an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts. Recognised as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), Kaleem has demonstrated excellence in teaching, module development, and mentoring primarily in the UK and Pakistan. He additionally serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for the British Academy of Management and the Journal of Accounting Literature.
Dr. Kaleem Ullahβs current research examines the transition to circular business models in the food and drink industry, focusing on the challenges, barriers, and dynamic capabilities that enable sustainable transformation. His recent contributions include work on a Welsh government-funded projectβDevelopment of an Innovation Plan to explore and scope an all-Wales Circular Economy Innovation Programme. He is driven by a mission to foster practical, innovative learning experiences and to bridge theory with real-world impact in sustainable business practices.
Beyond academia, Dr. Kaleem Ullah is an avid sports enthusiast who loves watching football and actively participates in local cricket leagues in North Wales, further illustrating his commitment to community engagement and well-being.
