Greg is the Organisational Development Manager at AHEPW and also works with the Wales Centre for Behaviour Change, both within the Â鶹Íø School of Medical and Health Sciences. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a performance psychologist, Greg specialises in fostering high-performing teams and individuals across both business and healthcare settings. He is currently delivering the General Practice Improvement Programme (GPIP) for NHS England, focusing on behaviour change at both staff and patient levels.
In addition to his work with NHS staff, where he designs and delivers leadership programmes with a behaviour change focus, Greg has collaborated with a wide range of organisations across North Wales. Through programmes such as 20Twenty, ION, and Help to Grow Leadership, he has delivered content centred on leadership skills, employee engagement, coaching, and strategic development. His experience aligns with key behavioural change principles, particularly in creating sustainable improvements in both organisational culture and individual performance.
Currently completing his PhD at Liverpool John Moores University, Greg is researching experiential learning models in UK business schools, further enhancing his expertise in behaviour change and leadership development. His work is driven by evidence-based practices that promote long-term change in both business and healthcare environments.
